So Orb Translocation-limiting effects apply whenever the player is in Zot, even if they don't have the Orb. These limitations still apply everywhere once the player has the Orb, of course.
Passage of Golubria is also no longer usable under these limiting effects. You'll have to go back to ninjaing the hard way! Even harder, since all your teleports will be delayed, not just the ones after picking up the Orb.
