But... but... Qazlal and noise and stealth!
You have a severe misunderstanding of what the En book is for. Noise has no impact on its power. The only difference following Qaz has is that all monsters effectively start awake.
You'll still get the stealth bonus for stab damage, which is what really matters for En. EH still works, although obviously you have to cast it at melee range to be able to stab anything, and Confuse and Tukima's Dance still work and kill anything up to Lair. Even in Lair Confuse works on everything except Death Yaks, Dire Elephants and Catlobes. But as a FeEn you'll have plenty of XP to spare to get your invocations up and kill them with that instead.
The key thing that makes En good for Fe (other than the XP savings) is that the spells are very MP efficient at trivializing monsters, it only takes a few casts of Confuse and then the monster literally can't kill you unless you intentionally get in the way. Tukima's Dance even makes an ally to kill the monster for you, so you don't have to approach them.
Here's an in-progress SpEn game with 1 rune for an example of how easy it is. By the time I was getting the Swamp rune I was either confusing everything or upheaving the rest.
