Boots of flying giving blue flight now?

I just put on some artefact flying boots and evoked and had the blue flight that expires instead of the white flight that doesnt expire. Recent change or do artefact boots of flight not give white flight?

yea its because its an artefact. its basically same property as a ring of flying

FR: artifact boots of flying work the same as non-artifact boots of flying, with regards to the flying ability. Meaning toggle on/toggle off, not duration based.

FR remove evokeable flight, all items that give it give perma flying instead.

FR remove tempflight ability for all species, get permaflight at that level instead

That would be... Gargoyles already get permaflight, with no intermediate tempflight. Tengu recently got changed to be that way. What about black draconians?
