Large rocks and their interaction with slings.

I recently was playing a Troll and found a +8 hunting sling of venom.

When I swapped to it, it auto-quivered Large rocks I had in inventory, I didn't realize you could use anything but stones/sling bullets.

Will firing the large rocks with the slings do more damage than firing them without? I've seen that slings do 7 base damage with rocks, and 9 with sling bullets, but haven't seen any idea if they tack on large rocks 20 damage or not.

No, you're just using Throwing skill to throw the large rocks and there is no interaction with the sling.
