Actually Pak has been removed so good luck with that strategy.

Anyway no it doesn't work - they were one time gifts, like TSO's or Kiku's, so they can not gained two times even abandoning and worshipping them again

To actually answer the question: No, you'll get the gifts you didn't get last time, but you won't get gifts for piety levels you already reached. (So if you got the gifts through ***, leave pak, rejoin and gain piety, you won't get your first gift until ****)
