Stealth for magic users?

Hey,
I've been playing a High elf wizard recently, and have wondered how important stealth to magic users (blasters) is in the trunk version (8) as I know of the new noise system now, so is there much point? should I keep it on for a few levels or just completely turn it off?

All the best,
Bim

Re: Stealth for magic users?

I'd say leave Stealth on. Being able to easily escape from foes by running around wall corners has saved my butt many times already. Also, with high enough Stealth, you can aproach monsters without them noticing, so you can always fallback if you aggro some strong unique/monster you would rather not to fight right now.

For this message the author Raltay has received thanks:
