Weapon choice?

Which is a better weapon for a level 8 DDBe with 11.1 axe skill, a +1 war axe of pain (randart, but no necro skill), or a +3 hand axe of electrocution?

I'd save wand of HW for emergency type situations, how many recharge scrolls do you have?
Executioner's axe has highest base damage there, but it takes like 26 Axes skill to hit min delay, but if you're already at 20 in Axes... I'd probably go with Executioner's.

Trog's hand, piety is cheap and wand charges aren't.
