Disable autoexplore while slowed / exhausted?

If I'm playing a Be, I'd like to disable autoexplore while I'm coming down off my high. Usually I remember to rest off the slow, but occasionally I don't then bad things happen to me.

Is there an .rc setting for this?

Just hold 5 in a safe space until it's over is what I do, just remember to do it

Re: Disable autoexplore while slowed / exhausted?

I believe the basic solution is to create macro which checks player status and sends "o" in case there is no slowing, otherwise does nothing. I remember my autosave script was checking for exhausted status so it should be possible to check for slow also.

The interface blatantly displays your status effects for you though, there's no way of being nice about it. I guess there could be 'do you really want to: yea/ no' decision on this but it just seems like the game is becoming more brain dead at that point, a lot of players just press o and tab anyway

The interface clearly displays you standing next to deep water as well, but there's a good reason why it doesn't let you walk into it
take it easy

Because you will drown if that happens, the game lets you walk arose around with a multitude of status effects, I don't see why it's so hard to pay attention to the game you are playing

Is there really no way to mute this tapatalk bullshit? It gets really annoying after a while.

Re: Disable autoexplore while slowed / exhausted?

This is cool, all, but "no there isn't" would have sufficed. Kinda figured there might be one, like the setting that discourages me from tabbing my way to 0HP.

If you look at my sig you'll see that I am well aware I am not gud

The answer was actually "it's possible but you'll have to write a function in lua to do it". Once you do write that function (or get someone else to write it for you), you can bind your o key to it.

Or you can look at the status effects the devs purposely allowed you to see, making them especially coloured so they can catch your eye

Would rebinding 'o' potentially have Bad Effects?

Depends what you bind it to. If you bind it to ^qyes that probably will reduce your winrate, but in general it's not dangerous to rebind o if you've got a better idea.
