You can find vaults for your version if you go to the crawl folder, and then open the .dat folder and then the .des folder inside it. Vaults are only semi-organized into these folders because they often show up in multiple branches but can only go into one folder, but usually there are only a few likely candidate folders. A .des file can be opened in wordpad or similar text editing programs, and is usually easy enough to interpret.
As for this vault, it does put some downstairs conveniently in the same room as some of the upstairs, so if you're worried you can skip it. As a general rule, depths encompass vaults hold a vast sea of high-level monsters crammed into little rooms, with a rather modest amount of treasure. The monsters are probably worth killing because they are worth a huge amount of xp, but it isn't like you need to.
At the moment, though, you have softer targets to go after. Vaults is much easier than depths, and Crypt has a ton of xp, too, although it is also Crypt so you may prefer to go someplace fun instead. I don't see any exclusions that lead me to believe you are avoiding those locations intentionally.
Personally, I wouldn't have picked Sif Muna unless I was planning to kill things mostly with spells. Your current character isn't killing things with spells. Every ability Sif Muna grants you is virtually worthless to your current character.
