Mutation resistance mutation

Is level 1 Mutation Resistance mutation (You are somewhat resistant to further mutation) stackable with the Amulet of Mutation Resistance.
In other words if you wear the Amulet, does it even matter if you have the Mutation Resistance mutation?

Yes, the chances to resist are independent. Amulet give 9/10 chances to resist, the mutation gives 2/3. So having the 2 gives you 29/30 to resist (96.6%).
