Phantom mirror and cerebov's fire penetration

Cerebov's sword is capable of bypassing part of you're fire resistance, so if I were to use a phantom mirror against cerebov, would his clone have the ability to bypass a notch of fire resistance as well?

The clone does get a copy of his sword, but the -rF effect doesn't get applied to monsters with rHellfire (such as Cerebov).

Ty, didn't know it was ineffective against rHellfire.
Almost thought I found a way to turn his strength against him, too.
The phantom mirror should still be helpful against him though, especially since his clone should at least have rHellfire.

Guess I didn't even need to use the mirror, cerebov went down (much) easier than a hell sentinel would have, oddly.

1v1 Cerebov isn't terrible -- though he is way more buff than a hell sentinel, so you got lucky. He becomes more problematic when he has buddies around -- fighting him while a brimstone fiend torments and hellfires you is no fun at all.
