Ok, yeah, that is a relatively comparable character. But this wasn't my experience with OoFs at all, I was reliably pinning OoFs and pelting them with bolt of cold (no IOOD), as well as reliably pinning them when other stuff was in LOS so I could escape. I wonder if the gravitational effect scales too much with spellpower? We had it at the same power level by the spell list (########..) but I had it at 1% and you at 3%, so maybe there is some fractional power difference that isn't represented with the #s that turns out to make a big difference.
