stores in Pan

Are there any stores in Pan? I have lots of gold but nothing to buy. I only have Ge in Hell and then onto Pan and Zot. But might go to Pan for a while and come back to finish up Hell. Just wish I could find some stores. Actually, just to buy things like restore abilities, meat rations, etc. These are the only things I really could use now. Gear could always be better but I am not complaining about my drops. I have pretty good gear.
