Meatsprint: The Unspeakable?

So I went and did WIZMODE on the Arena of Blood, and eventually The Unspeakable appeared. Of course, I wasn't able to destroy it considering it has Death's Door, and an unending horde of Viles that appear faster than they die. So I was wondering if there was any sort of reward for destroying it, and if anyone has been able to do it?

I've done it.
On one of my many Fo meatsprint runs it happened to wander into my tunnels. I think that was when I was experimenting with using a polearm and a +27000 slaying ring (reaching is good, gut kills aren't guaranteed like with the axe).
It drops a rune, but that really doesn't matter in meatsprint because score is calculated based on the number of turns you stay alive.
