Is the swamp entrance always in the lair?
Because it does not appear to be in my lair. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

you are not guaranteed the swamp, you probably got the shoals and snake pit instead. you only get 2 out of 3

Swamp shows up between Lair:2-5, Snake between Lair:3-6. Shoals can randomly replace either, so has an effective depth of Lair:2-6 (I think).
