Weapon enchantments and slaying bonuses (from artefacts and rings of slaying) have been merged into one number, which gives both +accuracy and +damage. Enchant Weapon scrolls have likewise been merged into a single type. Various unrands have been adjusted to account for this.
Have EW scrolls success rate been changed at the same time ?
I raised a weapon from +4 to +9 with no fails... I'm suspicious...

Interesting =0. If I am reading this right, then rather than say a +9/+9 weapon of X, it just is a +9 weapon of X?

If so, how would this change implications to the gifts from Okawaru/Trog? Because if I recall, Okawaru had a weighting towards more accurate based weapons as opposed to Trog's damage based weapons.

Now they're accurately damage-based.
