With high unarmed skill, will I get extra attacks while wielding a weapon?
Also, how will equipping a +2 buckler affect my unarmed fighting?

While wielding a weapon, you can still get unarmed auxilliary attacks. Ie, headbutting, biting, kicking, punching, kicking, tail slapping, etc. Obviously, you can't do certain kinds of attacks if you're missing the body part necessary, or if you have equipment in the way (you can't tail slap without a tail, can't bite if your helm covers your face, can't punch if both your hands are full, etc).
