hi there my 1st post, and i believe my best hope of a win, im playing a few months and searching for a win, any advice is welcome

Anything specific you wanna know? Other than you know the old don't die thing. If you want general advice there's like a lot of other threads you can look at. Just keep doing what you do seems to be working.

Let me add a bit more:

Generally If I were you I would go orc -> finish off any remaining dungeon -> lair branches (not slime) + runes -> vaults 1-4 -> limbo between depths and vaults if you can't manage -> if both are hard go to crypt/elf (avoid the last levels) -> just play as safe as possible and take it slow.

Wwhen you get the hang of it then get the last rune (vaults presumably), clear anything else easy to get as much exp as possible then go do zot. I guess.

Oh and don't forget to use brothers in arms on hard dudes and Trog's hand on anything that can cause status effects or abyss you. I'm sure you know some of this already.

thanks for the advise, i think were to go next is the biggest problem i have,
the bow is awesome, and the whip so i cant complain that trog has been bad to me ^^

As long as you are wearing ring mail, I wouldn't train more Armour. You could switch to plate or heavier armour without damaging your EV much if you train more Dodging.
Identify the wands of hasting/teleportation so you know number of charges.
Drop valuable scrolls which aren't useful during a fight (enchant armour, recharging, acquirement) so they don't get burned.

ive been debating were to train more, should i look for heavy armor or go with the ring mail, would a dragon armor be better, armor confuses me a bit
also what is my best weapon?
i love this game and play religiously ever night, my aim is a 3 rune win, but would this hero be able to go all the way

MiBe is alright for 15 runes but there are better builds for it. IMO just get your first win with 3 runes. Trog wrath is very dangerous and while Trog is still useful after 3 runes/Zot, there are other gods (especially The Shining One and Zin) which are stronger and more suitable for new players.

I would wear heavier armour than ring mail on MiBe. A plate armour with a useful resistance is an armour good enough to carry you through the whole game. Waiting for the rare armours like gold dragon armour or crystal plate isn't worth it.
Your antimagic demon whip is one of the best weapons possible for this character (vampiric demon whip would be better, but that's about it).

3 runes and im out ^^
