Trog gifted me a 0,3 longbow of flame, so I'm thinking of training Longbow until 7. Is it a good idea?
Also, I'm worried about my Armour and Fighting skills. Claymore need 24 Longsword skill for min delay, but I think that's too much.
How should I distribute my exps?

Here is my simple algorithm for training with MiBe or similar berserkers:

Until you have enough weapon skill for the biggest weapon you want (in your case, 24), have weapon skill on Focus.
Train at most one other skill alongside this. For the first few floors I don't, then I add armour, later switch it to fighting.
Once you are done with that feel free to train whatever - eventually you do want to dodge even in plate.

This isn't optimal but its easy and nonterrible.

Your training looks fine. You can get a few Bows skill if you want.

Favourites: 15-rune Trog, OgNe/OgIE/OgSu (usually Ash), Ds, Ru, SpEn, Ce of Chei, Qaz

Until you've reached mindelay on your weapon of choice, train its skill. If you find yourself frequently dropping to very low health, it's OK to train fighting or armor for a bit. Otherwise, touch no other skills. Train to use that bow once you've got 24 skill in Long Blades.

No point obsessing with mindelay. Reaching it is good, ignoring defences in pursue of it is not. I like rchandra's advice.

I'd rely more on Berserk, tactical positioning, AI-exploitations, scrolls and potions.
In my case I would level Longswords to 21.0, then increase Armour and Fighting for an AC and HP increase ; :ugeek:

A longbow of flame is a good ranged weapon but keep in mind that it doesn't stack with branded ammo (e.g. arrows of frost). A longbow of velocity, should you find one, is superior as it stacks with branded ammo.
