Followed by rain???

It is gradually flooding the floors. Any ideas why I am being followed by a nimbus of rain cloud?

Is this an unstated side effect from my robe of clouds? I feel stupid.

Yes, it is a side effect of the fixedart Robe of Clouds. Don't feel bad, I had the same reaction, especially when I was wearing it around my stash and my objects kept falling into puddles of water.

Yes. Yes it can. If you're not a merfolk, this can be quite detrimental.
