How to disable ranged combat animations

Thanks to sgrunt, who posted this in GDD; I just thought this could use a bit more exposure here as advice for speeding up ranged combat.

If you'd like to, you can set view delay to 0 in your rcfile, and animations will have no delay.

I've changed this and it's really helpful, especially when webtiles tends to have lag.
