Scroll of random uselessness

Can scroll of random uselessness cast teleport?

Once I was in despair situation, fired all my guns, quaffed all pots, used all abilites, casted all spells and scrolls, was about to die in few turns, didnt know what else to do so I hit scroll of random uselessness and few turns later I was teleported to the other side of map and was saved. :-O
Then opened messages log, but couldnt find any indication that teleport was casted (or maybe I missed that line in all those messages).
Maybe some monster hit me with weapon of distortion, but it was early game and not sure if monster can wield weapon with distortion that early.

Oh, ok, thank you. Then it was funny coincidence that I have been teleported after reading scroll of random uselessness.
I was surprised because I was thinking that scroll casted teleport.

The only game-relevant thing Scrolls of Random Uselessness can do is a max power Summon Butterflies.
