Where should I go now?

Hello again, first a thanks to everyone's advice in my dungeon crawling experience so far.
Playing an Ogre Berserker and have:
Cleared Lair 1-8 and Orcish Mines 1-4, Up to D:12.

Last time, I opted to venture into the spider's nest without any poison resistance, which turned out terribly. This time, I have spawned with the Snake Pits, but again, I don't have any poison resistance, so I am not tempted to go there.

Currently can get up to RF+++ or RC++, and MR+ with my robe. Worried about my pitiful defenses which are 6AC, 14 EV and 168 hp.

Where should I go to clear next, or pick up armour/accessory resists and is there an easy way to paste my character overview on the forums?

In my novice opinion, continue the normal dungeon until you get freaked out by the difficulty before doing snake pit or shoals/swamp(whichever you got).

Thanks. I died in the snake pits pits to a set of 7 oklob plants which were guarding all 3 stairs down

Ouch!
If you had the chance to escape(not one-hit killed instantly), you should have retreated and let it be until you were stronger later. Brothers in Arms spam can sometimes help vs. Oklobs.
