Endgame nourishment

I recognize this might not be the top criterium, but it has me worried nonetheless. My food supply looks meager, should I go down to Zot and try to grab the Orb or will I be allright foraging in Pan?

Re: Endgame nourishment

I wouldn't go into extended, you have just a single scroll of teleportation.
Train more fighting IMHO, you can lose robust 2 due to mutations and every other skill seems less useful.
Underestimated: cleaving, Deep Elf, Formicid, Vehumet, EV
Overestimated: AC, GDS

There's no food in shops?

If you're casting tornado every fight, yeah, you're probably in trouble. Otherwise you should be fine.

Re: Endgame nourishment

Can't you get your INT up a bit, for example by removing those gloves? That should reduce the hunger cost of your spells, and you would still have sufficient MR to make it.

MR++ only is risky on a tengue. only having MR+ would be pretty bad.

Re: Endgame nourishment

Removing those gloves would reduce spellhunger currently by 3*18=54 so not a whole lot (a chunk gives 1000 and level 9 spells take 1000 iirc). So really you just don't want to spam Tornado too much. And remember to eat chunks always when possible.

Re: Endgame nourishment

Is there a staff of energy in the dungeon? With that you can just carry on casting whatever you want.
