Player ghost spellpower

When a player ghost casts a spell, are ghost's spellpower, MP and success chance based on the morgue or what? Do ghosts ever fail to cast spells?

Could my TrBe learn fire storm, die and then spam it as a ghost?

Player ghosts use monster spellcasting rules. A player ghost can generate with any spell they had at 50% or lower that has a monster equivalent and will never miscast it (unless you've been hitting them with an anti-magic weapon, of course).
