Rules are simple: you must have rF- or worse (rF--, rF---) all game. In addition to some items being prohibited it means you cannot join Qazlal (it gives rF+), cannot cast Ring of Flames.

3 tiers:
1) Get a rune
2) Enter Zot
3) Win

As far as I know there is no easy way to check if the rules were violated so it's not a competition really, just check it for yourself.

Edit.
It is ok to wear-id items with rF+ but you must read scroll of remove curse as next action and remove the item immediately. If there are no scrolls of remove curse, the character is ineligible. So don't try unknown items without scroll of remove curse.

With summonings able to attack out of LOS was kinda easy, nowadays probably I'd rely on evocations abuse with 0.17 Pakellas or Nemelex
