New crawl sudden death tournament

I quite enjoyed these despite kind of sucking at them, so... I'm interested in getting another one going. I don't know how the fancy external websites, etc. worked, but I'd be willing to do this the lotech way with a google doc.

If there's no suggestions or comments, I'll start the setup for one later today in this thread.
