Cool, that's 50 people! Just a reminder that I'll announce the first combo this Friday but signups will still be open through the first two weeks of the competition.
Tonight I'll put up a draft of the division groupings and I'll get the standings sheet up too when it is ready, which will hopefully be tomorrow but more likely Thursday.
I assume since there have been no comments that everyone likes the rule revisions from the first season. If you have a good idea for an improvement please let me know before Friday. Thanks!

Actually the sheet is hard-coded to keep you at the bottom regardless of your performance. Someone has to take one for the team and make everyone else feel better about themselves, sorry.

Nah I used a similar method as in Season 1, and I'm afraid it's not very scientific. It's a combination of wins, win rate, and average score. I used performance in Season 1 as well, when I needed more information.
I tried to group all similar players together as much as I could, though of course there is likely overlap between the lower Div 1 and upper Div 2 players, and same for Div 2 and 3. So that's why I'm asking, if you think you should be higher or lower, let me know, because there is room to flex players around who were on the border.

Any chance I could add a second generation player? My son has just started getting into Crawl, and he wanted to participate if possible. He doesn't have a Tavern account, but he's played a few games as Bob on CSZO. If there's room for him, you'd be bringing a new player into the roguelike world...

Just so everyone knows, you don't need to tell me which server you're playing on, it doesn't matter. I'm tracking everyone's games across every server, so as long as you play online in Trunk, I'll be able to find your games.

Here is the standings sheet:
CSDC Season 2 Results and Standings.
Divisions are up-to-date through quack's signup. There are now 4 divisions of ~15 players each.
I will add another page with player statistics to the standings sheet in the next couple of days, and I can also add a page ranking all players by their in-game score (regardless of division, like I did last season) - just haven't had time to set those up yet. If you guys have any suggestions for information you would like displayed on the scoring sheet, bot commands that you would find useful, or whatever else, please shoot me a PM and I will add it if possible.
I also updated the first post of this thread, so it is completely up-to-date as well. The first challenge combo will be announced tomorrow at 8pm EST! Hope you guys are ready for some sudden death.

One thing I'd really like to see this year is links to the actual morgue files for each game in the sheet. I found it very difficult and tedious to try and find the games myself.

Good idea, thanks for bringing this up. I will work with Lasty to try to include this. I know we can set it up, but it may hit Sequell or google docs a little too hard to really be feasible. But it can't hurt to try.

Okay, the functionality for this has been added to the scoring sheet. I added a column called "Game Log" on the end of "Week 1" where it will display the link to the morgue file for each game that counts for your score.
I won't update this too frequently since it will be a lot of queries to hit the bots with, but at least once every 2-3 days I'll update the game logs.

Yeah, yeah. No one here is a "new" player who didn't already consider that.
There should be a clause in there for allowances regarding "stating the obvious".
Also, as the "Tier 4 Bottom Champ", I'm probably the only one who would have actually seen any benefit from the above question.

*Note, you only score points for the highest tier of bonus completed.
If I understand this correctly you can get 3 points at most for whatever bonus you do. In the scoring sheet minmay gets 4 points for tier I and II. Is this an error in the sheet or am I incapable of understanding the rules?
