Makefile question

I noticed that whenever I run 'make clean', the process still goes into the rltiles folder and builds some of the objects in there. It's a small thing, but was wondering if it's hard to make (ha!) it not do that.

So, I dug in a bit and learned that there's a 'clean-rltiles' option. If I run that first, then make clean, it doesn't rebuild the rltiles stuff. I don't know if there's a way to do both in one command, but I'm planning to just create a rebuild script anyway, so it's not that important.
