can't find "Found" in code

I am looking for the code where when you walk into an unexplored area and you get "Found a scroll labeled YADAYADAYADA."
Or it says "Found a stone staircase leading down." and various other "Found" messages whenever the player comes across something in view.

I used Npp to search all files in the source directory (and all sub directories) and after going through 2055 hits, none where leading to this code that I saw.

Anyone familiar with the location of this code?

look at the explore_discoveries class in travel.cc
