The Tavern

Just for making different tournament, I see a lot of things.
Because I am super newbie of coding, I studied html, javascript, php, python, mysql, git, aws...etc for about 2-3weeks.
BUT! It is still hard to understand how tournament runs.
I read GitHub DCSS_journey part for making new tournament, but I don't even know how it can be activated.
I need your advices.

The tournament scripts used for the official tournament are hard to use. To use them, run loaddb.py to load the current data and then run taildb.py to load all future data.

Thank you for answering! Running that files by terminal makes errors. Is there anything I miss?
