It's really difficult to find. You have to go to "community portal" -> "how to help" on the main page. It's almost as if the guy in charge of the website doesn't want people to help.

I have sent an email to get access to edit CrawlWiki week ago. Still I haven't got an answer.

It's vacation time in most places - I'd be surprised if more than one or two people are monitoring this address, and they may be off-line now. Don't lose patience!
