I'd love to have this as a loading screen. I'll have to scale/crop it though, it's like 8 times the correct size.

We need a license statement (preferably CC:0) from whoever owns the copyright. So depending on the details of the commission (particularly, whether you got a copyright assignment and/or whether the artwork is legally speaking a work for hire: IANAL), that might be either you or the artist. If you're unsure, we'd probably assume copyright lies with the artist. You can PM the artist's email to me and/or ontoclasm.
