Shoals is a nice enough place I guess.

Currently the only Ziggurat Zagger, which is inappropriate as that's the only part of the experience I have yet to beat. Probably better off with a custom title referencing that dragon who sounds like me.

Heh. =) The change is really curious.
I think you should also make requirements for the special titles available, Grimm. Many frequenters would like to obtain one.

The requirements for getting a special title are: buttering me up. Special titles must be Crawl-related and alliterative. If I were you though I'd stick with the regular ones for a while because you're already in the elite club as far as titles go.

Click "Members" at the top, then sort by rank; they're either at the start or end of the list.

Maybe Foxy and prats should both get the title "Axis of Gratitude".

Requesting "Banished" title, with the appropriate full restrictions which should have been implemented already according to your threats. It is, after all, your job to keep people like me out of the forums, right?

Or maybe you are not so sure you are right?

It needs to be alliterative, so maybe Banished Bastard, or Abyssed Asshole? I like you anyway! :)

We can't use Abyssed, branches are already all taken. That's the third rule: no duplication.

Would you please be so kind as to explain the metaphor? =)

Since I usually say odd things, it would be more fitting that my special title would be not alliterative, but rhyming.
Do you know about this opposition? =)

But I do not want one here at the moment.

Intended to recall куст's "Axis of Evil" and put a cheery spin on it.

That...rhyming is the opposite of alliteration?

As far as I can remember it, the very first poems and epics that were written on the lands where English language originated were built using head rhymes, or alliterations.

Alliteration is commonly used in many languages, especially in poetry. Alliterative verse was an important ingredient of poetry in "Sanskrit Shlokas", Old English, Old Norse and Old Irish especially - as well as other old Germanic languages like Old High German, and Old Saxon. This custom extended to personal name giving, such as in Old English given names. This is evidenced by the unbroken series of 9th century kings of Wessex named Æthelwulf, Æthelbald, Æthelberht, and Æthelred. These were followed in the 10th century by their direct descendants Æthelstan and Æthelred II, who ruled as kings of England. The Anglo-Saxon saints Tancred, Torhtred and Tova provide a similar example, among siblings.

Your title shall be Sigmund's Shloka.

I'd rather ask you not to do that, Grimm. =) Please, do not be a nasty barkeep member.
