If it doesn't fit anywhere else, it belongs here. Also, come here if you just need to get hammered.

When the status wears off, you are slowed and hungered as though you had been berserk.
And elves should have a status effect of "pretty" which is on at all times, and gives them a bonus to frolicking.

"Drugged" status should also create colourful visual effects.

If you keep drinking and don't urinate, you can die of it.

This should also remove sticky flames.

Reason number one is that potion come in tiny little bottles and the amount within them is to small to extinguish flames
Reason number two is that sticky flame is napalm and water reacts with the white phosphorous to continue burning.

This begs the really important questions:
how big is a potion? really? I mean, is it just a small vial? is it like a scientific beaker? Harry Dresden drank his potions from a sports bottle. Is it sealed, like a bottle of wine? Is it open, waiting on the ground for the elements to infest it? If the vials are glass, how do they not make any noise while you move? if they're not glass, how does the cold shatter them?

Here are the answers. Potions are small little plastic vials. Yes Harry Dresden did drink potions from a sports bottle but you are not Harry Dresden. Yes of course the potions are corked, you wouldn't want them to empty when they get knocked over. The reason potions shatter when they get cold is because the liquid in them expands.
