We have this thing called Bagel Factory which makes a pretty great Nova Lox Bagel.

I find bagels with seeds and crap all over the outside ridiculous. They just rub off and get everywhere. If you want seeds in a bagel put them inside.

PLAIN is the only way to go.

I went to get a Nova Lox bagel at the Bagel Factory because of this thread, but they RAN OUT OF LOX.

I'm going to get a Nova Lox bagel tomorrow morning, and photograph it, just for you.

Poppy seed with cream cheese is my normal bagel. Unfortunately, I have yet to find a good bagel place around where I am now living.
