was felid designed to be a challenge race

If it doesn't fit anywhere else, it belongs here. Also, come here if you just need to get hammered.

I don't think so. Solid apts, great EV, stealth, quick, slow metabolism, can eat gourmand-style. Can jump in 0.14. Have multiple lives.

Well lets put it this way, I dont think it was intended to be a *power* species. Its pretty difficult to survive with <10ac, especially towards mid-end game.

I don't think felid has any particular design goal behind it other than "lol its a cat"

I believe it was originally intended to be a familiar, and became a cat.

I personally love Felids, they are a good example of how a race can have tons of unusual things about them, yet still not feel broken or unplayable. They play very nicely actually, and they take away the haste of having to fiddle around with your equipment all the time.

Personally, my favorite build was a felid conjurer of vehumet, that was really a blast. *wink wink*

It is definitely challenging to keep playing as a felid.
