Give reaver his color

So, there's this dude making super awesome posts for a little while. Seems like his posts are generally better then the combined rest of the thread. I say such fine attitude and skill in communicating should be rewarded with a special color to draw attention to the fact that his posts should be read. I vote for hot pink.

ok let me put it bluntly: you don`t know what the fuck you`re talking about, and even worse, you`ve projected to the point that you think everyone agrees with you. wrong AND delusional at the same time, infact the opposite of `confidence interval`

I appreciate your bluntness: most heartening. I agree with you, most certainly, that I don't know what I'm talking about. I am no under no illusions that anyone at all agrees with me, though. And I really must suggest, if I may do so with the utmost respect, that you have no clue what a confidence interval is.

no, actually no one thinks that & you`re the first to make such a dumb suggestion & like i said you are delusional to think everyone agrees with you (or knows what you know, if you make that distinction)

I enjoyed this thread more when it was about getting an awesome dude an awesome color. If you guys wanna take this thread over you`re gonna have to provide much better entertainment then this.

I know, how about we poor innocent internet passerbyes take a side, hopefully goading them to an epic internet take down of crawlesque proportions. I choose confidence interval because minwelve's color reminds me of puke. I also appreciate that when making a statement he chooses a confidence interval ranging from no idea to absolute certainty, thereby guaranteeing rightness.

1) reaver is not getting his own color unless he becomes a counsellor or dev or something.
2) if twelwe keeps being an aggressive dick instead of the charming satirist we all knew him as until very recently, he's not getting his own color either. I mean jesus twelwe, what crawled up your backside about this issue. Anyway I was the first to make the suggestion that you are minmay.

Maybe we should have a poll.

Well, you and I, we have no color. We're the lowest lowlies, the gnolls and orcs. The grass colored guy talks big and high, he's donald. The green guys look like they could be heroes but they end up as ghosts. The orange guys win 3 rune games, the blue guys win 15 rune games.

So, do you see yourself as a rat or a hero?

You don't become a dev just by speaking like a dev. It has nothing to do with the Tavern at all.

If you want to nominate him for counsellor, use this subforum, in fact this thread.

Please don't. I haven't won once yet, and the one time I gave advice it was so terrible I had to apologize for messing up. (I misremembered the normal branch order and suggested doing Vaults:5 before finishing D).

According to the dev wiki:
A development team member may suggest to others in a private e-mail that
commit rights are given to a contributor. As other members agree (or there
are no objections), commit rights are usually given, and this is then
announced.

Generally, if a contributor supplies a substantial amount of patches of good
quality (i.e. patches don't break things, don't need cleaning up before
committing and are in line with the general direction of the development), it
makes sense to give them commit rights.
I haven't gotten a single patch in the game yet, and none of my ideas have been approved by a dev to go into the game even if a patch was made. I'm nowhere near a dev.
On IRC my nick is reaverb. I play online under the name reaver, though.
