Umm... if nausea is gone for good, why aren't contaminated chunks.
Or is nausea going to be replaced with something much, much worse.

Personally, I think it's a MASSIVE buff for Centaurs (or at least a removal of a MASSIVE annoyance for Centaurs). I'm going to finally play one now :lol:

I'm pretty sure that at the end of Nausea, after the scene where birds were picking giant dicks to bloody shreds and sperm comes out of them (no, I'm sadly not kidding), the nausea is kind of over and replaced by Sartre's mindset.
The thing about the birds describes nausea in crawl quite well, so all in all the game is exactly lke the novel
