According to FlagFox the server of the Tavern is in germany, which means that you don't have to worry about that.

Actually all the WHOIS data tells you is that the registrant is in Germany, and the nameservers are in Germany. This isn't the same thing as the actual physical server; although usually the nameservers will be in the same country as the actual server, it doesn't have to be the case.
Pinging CDO gives the actual server IP: 46.4.68.88
You can then use a service like http://www.geobytes.com to see where that server actually is, and yes it's in Germany. FlagFox will be basing its data directly on the IP rather than WHOIS, so it would have got it right in the first place anyway.
