I don't think Baileys is technically a cocktail (it's a liqueur). Also, it's disgusting.

I agree, adding a mixer or another form of alcohol would generally count as a cocktail. I just don't think adding ice counts. Putting an ice cube in your vodka does not make it a vodka cocktail.
