Ratri the Godess?

I discovered this while translating unrandart descriptions into Chinese (Apparently it's the description of some unrandart that I'm pretty sure I had obtained in one of my games but couldn't remember its name):

A long black robe made of strange glossy material. It seems to shroud its wearer in darkness.

According to legend, it was the gift of Ratri the Goddess of the Night to one of her followers.

I thought gods in Crawl were supposed to be gender neutral?

All the ones in the Ecumenical Temple pantheon + Jivya + Lugonu are genderless. That's not to say that all potential deities are.
