I seem to crawl best with a smooth jazz/piano playlist looping over and over. Never more then three songs.

Anyone like black and/or death metal? I'm horribly obsessed with Pseudogod lately and have been listening to nothing but for the last 2 weeks or so. Here's one of my favorite tracks from their first full length, Deathwomb Catechesis:

Nobody's perfect :P

I don't usually discuss music with anyone, as I'm sure I have horrible taste for someone my age.

Here's another song from one of my current favorite bands, Mgła. I doubt I'll listen to two better albums this year:

Recently I've gotten into touhou music again and I have to say it goes really great with crawl. Which is odd considering how different the gameplay is.

A secondary reason I like that album is that its title refers to a notable novel that I enjoyed reading.

I actually read the Mann so I could read the Tuten afterwards. It is probably useful to have read Herge, too.

This was all a few years ago: I should reread all three.

Unexpect - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46U2y-lO344
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=piaIjkxNjaY
Avant garde circus jazz classical metal insanity. Good for Xom. (Complexity of music tends to turn people off at first listen, giving each track or album a number of listens is very rewarding as long as the genre appeals to you)

Crystal Viper - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KfKPu8aBct0
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNuINoADshA
Female fronted polish speed/power metal. Less complex, but much better as background music.

Haggard - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sXQrHgGNA8Q
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0vyqGPXg8UQ
German Classical opera/death metal.

I can drag up some more music if anyone is interested. This is just what I have been putting on my playlists lately. (Though Unexpect never really leaves)
