Your weakest character/stat ever?

I was starting up a lovely melee naga today, when I had the "good" fortune to come across a gold dragon armor and a naga barding, together, on d:3. The gold dragon armor was even glowing, so I just knew I had to wear ID it, even though I didn't have 27 strength. Turns out it was a cursed -1! I have remove curse, and I'll be fine, but it did set a new record for the lowest EV I've ever seen: -12. With an impressive 12 armor too, thanks to deformed body!



What's the lowest you've ever had a stat or just overall most crippled character?

Once I rotted to death, but the most rotted I've ever been able to recover from was 11 points I believe.

I believe I've had an AC of -3 before -- thank you, -5 ring of protection.

I've had a character who hadn't found any remove curse at all until XL11.

Several times I've had truly awful mutations -- Wild magic 1, -1 INT, slow regen 1 has got to be about the worst I've had at one time.
