Life is like Crawl. Neither care how much money you make, what you do for a living, or if you have a family to support. Neither care if you volunteer at a soup kitchen that feeds hungry orphans. Neither care if you randomly give $1000 dollar gifts to random homeless people on the street. They are both perfectly happy to kill you in the most unfortunate, degrading, or improbable way and keep right on going. The only difference is that in Crawl when you die you can just start up a new character and rush at that orb until you win.

I've considered a career as a demotivational speaker. Unfortunately the job prospects are slim, and the pay is beyond shitty.
Honestly though, I only posted that cuz it felt like something that has a bit of a ring of truth to it.

Sorry to spoil your aphorism but you don't start life by crawling. I have a five-month-old son and he doesn't crawl. Babies typically don't start crawling until they're around six to ten months old.

dude my balls are like Crawl. Both no sound, ugly looks, girls don't want them. The only difference is that crawl is a video game you play on computers, and my balls are a sack and balls.

My balls are also like Crawl, in that they won't fit on a 3.5" floppy disk.

Life is like Crawl: there are plenty of discussion forums in which every detail of it is dissected and debated at length, but at the end of the day all the verbiage won't stop your favourite feature from being destroyed forever.
