Just because it isn't mentioned, doesn't mean I'm not already in it! But yeah, it's best to focus on one spell per meme.

Does manifold assault takes 1 turn as spells or the speed of your weapon? In other words, is it useful for quickblade of distortion or for statue form with dark maul?

EDIT: Ok, I found out that it is supposed to be your weapon delay.

Yeah it applies a melee attack, in the time it takes for you to make a melee attack, to between 2-4 targets (chosen randomly? by position? not sure, I think it's random). It may be possible to only hit 1 with really low spell power, but I think you generally get 2 hits if there's targets available. It scales up to 4, hence the "literally 400% damage multiplier".
