New hood of the Assassin

A soft hood, enchanted by members of the Assassin's Guild to allow the wearer to sense
potential victims nearby. It also allows the wearer to easily spot vulnerabilities when
attacking unaware opponents, allowing effective stabbing attacks with any weapon.
Praise the devs! The days when non-leg species were unfairly excluded from the most fun item in the game are over! Now any hat-wearing species can enjoy the fun of any-stab! What a great little Octopode buff!
Boots of the Assassin just got changed to this item.
