Do Moths of Wrath Cause Rot in Ghouls?

Just asking, I'm standing in view of one and I lose HP each time I try to rest.

The moth isn't causing rot, playing a ghoul means rot by default. Moar chunks and you're good.

Ugh, you are right, there's nothing unusual going on -- I forgot that ghouls don't heal when enemies are visible. My character just stood there and waited, but didn't heal, but still had the rot effect going. Since I didn't see the HP come back, I assumed that my rest was being interrupted.
