I would answer "Kill them all!", but that's more of a commandment than a motto.

More appropriate would be "Fall down nine times, get up ten."

My motto in real-life is "Love what is, don't hate what isn't".

So, while Schwa in-game doesn't have a motto, he has a personality based off one. He only fights out of love, never out of hate. And this is true no matter what deity he contracts, too, whether Mahkeb, Okawaru, Trog (rarely), Xom, you name it.
