Remove the fuckin' dithmenos fire conduct already

If I could give you tavern gold by spending real money like on reddit for this post I would
it's annoying, limits the types of characters that can use the god for no real reason, and doesn't even have good flavor backing it up because dithmenos allows other spells that would naturally cause light, in particular corona which explicitly lights things up. it is a conduct that would make sense in a game that had a light system with different light sources ingame and light effects from spells and attacks, but that game is not crawl.
